Für ein interessantes Infrastrukturprojekt im Kanton Wallis suchen wir für die Ausführung von Herbst 2024 bis Ende 2026 eine:n Bauleiter:in bzw. Chefbauleiter:in.

Aufgabenbereich
Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehört die Leitung der Ausführung von Infrastrukturanlagen in der Funktion der Bauleitung / Chefbauleitung gemäß projektbezogenem Pflichtenheft und einschlägigen Normen.
Neben der Tätigkeit in der Bauleitung bieten wir weitere Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten und Einsatzmöglichkeiten:
- Durchführen von Expertenmandaten / Beratungen bei Fragen zu Vergaben, Vertragsgestaltung, Nachtragswesen, Baubetrieb
- Leitung des örtlichen Bauleitungs- und Planungsteams bei mittleren bis größeren Projekten
- Erstellen und Bewirtschaften von Werkverträgen
- Unterstützung jüngerer Bauleiter:innen / Projektleiter:innen bei der Erarbeitung von Submissionskonzepten und -unterlagen
- Unterstützung beim Erstellen von Kostenvoranschlägen
- Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung von Bauablauf- und Bauphasenplanungen in allen Projektphasen
- Mitwirkung beim Erfahrungsaustausch zwischen Realisierung und Planung
Anforderungen
- Sie sind Bauingenieur:in FH/ETH, Bauleiter:in HF oder Techniker:in HF mit Erfahrung in der Bauleitung.
- Sie bringen Erfahrung in der Bauleitung / Chefbauleitung von Infrastrukturanlagen mit, insbesondere im Neubau und der Instandsetzung von Kunstbauten sowie in der Projektleitung / Ausführung größerer Infrastrukturprojekte.
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Deutschkenntnisse. Französisch- oder Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
