A growing and forward-thinking accountancy practice in the Tunbridge Wells / Tonbridge area is seeking a motivated Accounts Senior to join its expanding team. With firm growth plans in place, this is an exceptional opportunity for someone newly or almost ACA/ACCA qualified who is hungry for progression.
Working closely with senior leadership, the Accounts Senior will manage a varied client portfolio, produce high-quality accounts, and play an active part in shaping internal processes as the office continues its growth journey. What we are looking for:
- Newly or almost ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent experience).
- 4–5 years’ practice experience.

- Able to build rapport quickly and work collaboratively within a small but growing office.
- Experience using IRIS software preferred but not essential.
