Employment Solicitor (3+ PQE) – Legal 500 firm!Full-time | Hybrid | Competitive Salary + BonusGeneralist Role | Supportive Team | Commercially Strong Firm  A dynamic and growing law firm is seeking a confident and capable Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE. This is an exciting opportunity to join a commercially thriving team during its most successful year yet. The role offers excellent exposure, strong peer support, and real scope for progression.  The RoleThe position involves a full range of general employment work for both employers and employees, including:

  • Redundancies and settlement agreements
  • Restructuring projects
  • Mergers & acquisitions (TUPE regulations)
  • Contract reviews
  • Day-to-day advisory work across a broad client bas
  • You’ll work closely with a head of department, senior lawyer, and support staff, giving you access to mentorship while being encouraged to work with minimal supervision.
