An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Legal Secretary to join a highly respected legal practice in Tunbridge Wells.

About the role
Supporting fee earners within the Residential Property team, duties will include:

  • Managing client communications via phone and email
  • Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, lenders and third parties
  • Preparing legal documents and correspondence
  • Undertaking property searches
  • File management, scanning and administration
  • Providing full secretarial support throughout the conveyancing process

  • Previous experience as a Residential Property Legal Secretary
  • Strong conveyancing knowledge from instruction through to completion
