Responsibilities- Manage end‑to‑end finance operations including cash‑flow forecasting, budgeting and reporting.
- Prepare full accounts in‑house and maintain accurate statutory records across multiple entities.
- Oversee financial planning, analysis and decision support for senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal controls.
- Lead and support a small finance team, providing guidance and development.
- Qualified accountant – ACA, ACCA or CIMA (essential).
- Previous experience as a financial controller or similar role.
- Proven ability to prepare full accounts in‑house.
- Solid understanding of cash‑flow management and financial reporting.
- Experience within a property or asset‑based business is highly desirable.
- Confidence working closely with Directors and contributing to decision‑making.
- A hands‑on, organised and proactive approach.
- Ability to manage and support a small finance team.
- Salary £55,000–£60,000 pro‑rata.
