About the role
- Assist with a varied Private Client caseload
- Support on drafting Wills and estate planning documents
- Assist with Estate Administration matters
- Prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Support with Court of Protection work and Deputyship applications
- Attend client meetings and assist with relationship management
- Work closely with an experienced team while developing your skills
This is a hands-on role offering strong exposure and the chance to build your experience in Private Client law.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience as a Private Client Paralegal
- Strong interest in Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage workload effectively
- Professional and confident when dealing with clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a willingness to learn and develop
- Desirable: Working towards qualification (SQE, CILEX or equivalent)
- Exposure to Court of Protection work
