A highly regarded and growing law firm is seeking a Private Client Lawyer (4-5 Years PQE) to join its friendly and supportive team based across Hastings and Eastbourne. This opportunity offers exposure to high-net-worth clients and complex, rewarding work, alongside a respected Partner who is known for mentoring and developing talent.
- Manage a varied caseload of private client matters
- Work closely with high-net-worth clients
- Draft Wills and provide estate planning advice
- Handle probate and estate administration (including intestacy)
- Advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney and Declarations of Trust
- Opportunity to work on more complex matters, including Court of Protection work
- Collaborate closely with an experienced Partner and supportive team
What we are looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor with circa 4-5 years PQE (flexibility for the right candidate)
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients is highly desirable
- Strong background in private client work (Wills, probate, LPAs)
- Ability to manage caseload independently
