Are you an experienced conveyancing professional ready to take full ownership of your caseload in a dynamic, supportive environment? A respected legal firm with a strong presence across Kent is expanding and looking for a confident and capable Paralegal to join their busy residential property team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing a caseload from start to finish (flexible depending on your experience)
  • Handling sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, and remortgage transactions
  • Liaising with clients and estate agents daily
  • Managing exchanges and completions
  • Taking dictation and handling telephone queries with confidence
  • Delivering excellent client care through regular updates and professional communication

What They’re Looking For:

  • Experience in residential conveyancing – ideally already managing your own caseload
  • Qualified or part-qualified (e.g. CILEx, CLC, Fee-earner Paralegal)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive, client-focused approach and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
