Are you an experienced conveyancing professional ready to take full ownership of your caseload in a dynamic, supportive environment? A respected legal firm with a strong presence across Kent is expanding and looking for a confident and capable Paralegal to join their busy residential property team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing a caseload from start to finish (flexible depending on your experience)
- Handling sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, and remortgage transactions
- Liaising with clients and estate agents daily
- Managing exchanges and completions
- Taking dictation and handling telephone queries with confidence
- Delivering excellent client care through regular updates and professional communication
What They’re Looking For:
- Experience in residential conveyancing – ideally already managing your own caseload
- Qualified or part-qualified (e.g. CILEx, CLC, Fee-earner Paralegal)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, client-focused approach and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
