They are seeking an adept and dedicated Personal Assistant (PA) to support their their senior team. Role Overview :The PA/EA will provide key administrative support to the senior team, assist with client onboarding processes and manage various office management tasksThe role is primarily based in their Goudhurst office, but this is hybrid working. Key Responsibilities : Provide high-level PA/EA support to Goudhurst and senior team members. Assist in drafting templated legal documents. Support client onboarding, including ID verification and compliance checks. Handle front-of-house duties such as answering phones, managing meetings, and scanning post.
