Looking for a proactive and reliable individual to join a busy legal office in Tunbridge Wells as a Junior Office Assistant. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity to support a professional and friendly team in a varied administrative role!About the Role: This position supports the Office & Reception Manager and the wider legal team. It’s ideal for someone with a ‘can-do’ attitude who enjoys keeping things organised and running smoothly. Duties include:
- Covering reception and directing calls
- Managing incoming/outgoing post and DX
- Scanning, photocopying, and filing documents
- Updating legal databases
- Stocking refreshments and office supplies
- Supporting fee earners and secretaries
- General office tidiness and safety checks
- File bundling using Bundledocs
What You’ll Need:
- GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
- Basic MS Word/Excel skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive and well-organised
- Eye for detail and quality
