About the role

This role centres on ensuring the business continues to meet its regulatory, statutory and quality standards while maintaining high levels of operational excellence. The Senior Compliance Officer will investigate incidents and risk events, gather information from stakeholders, analyse root causes, and support the creation of corrective and preventative action plans. They will also assist with complaints, Subject Access Requests, internal audits, and process improvements. Clear communication, sound judgement, and the ability to remain objective are essential.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will be methodical, analytical, confident with stakeholders, and comfortable managing investigations even in areas outside their immediate expertise.
