About the role

The Legal Systems and Project Coordinator will take full responsibility for the firm's Practice Management System and related applications. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and administering the Practice Management System
  • Supporting staff with day-to-day system queries
  • Liaising with outsourced IT and PMS providers
  • Overseeing upgrades, testing and system improvements
  • Driving system adoption and best practice
  • Supporting workflow development and reporting
  • Coordinating projects such as upgrades, software rollouts and security initiatives
  • Assisting with training for new and existing staff

This role is primarily office-based, with flexibility when projects allow.
