Main Duties Include:
- Typing from digital audio and preparing legal documents
- Managing phone enquiries and liaising with clients
- Organising appointments and keeping clients updated on file developments
- Inputting data into the Proclaim case management software
- Opening, maintaining, and archiving client files
- Carrying out property-related checks and document reviews
- Supporting the completion stage and coordinating exchange of contracts
The Successful Applicant Will Be:
- Friendly and team-oriented
- Experienced in legal administrative tasks, ideally in conveyancing
- Confident in dealing with completions and contract exchanges (a strong advantage)
- Accurate and fast at typing, with excellent communication abilities
- Reliable, personable, and able to manage responsibilities independently
Compensation & Benefits:
- £21,000 – £26,000 depending on previous experience and capabilities
- Biannual bonus scheme linked to personal and team performance
- 20 days annual leave plus office closure over Christmas (with incremental increases)
