The Position
- Oversee routine file management, including initiating, archiving, and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Review and revise legal papers for accuracy and clarity
- Liaise with clients, legal representatives, and external contacts via telephone, email, and face-to-face
- Register new clients through case tracking systems and adhere to predefined procedures
- Provide assistance with property transactions and access the Land Registry platform
- Organise calendars and support both clerical and legal responsibilities under guidance
