About the role
This is an ideal first step into lending, banking, or impact investment. The Lending Services Officer plays a vital role in supporting the end-to-end lending process — from the moment a loan is approved right through to completion, drawdown and beyond. The role is office-based in Tonbridge (minimum 2 days per week), with hybrid and flexible working options. You’ll work closely with borrowers, solicitors, and professional advisors while supporting key internal teams such as Credit, Impact Lending, and Portfolio Management. No two days are the same: you’ll handle legal and financial administration, maintain accurate records, coordinate repayments, and ensure the highest standards in customer care.
What we are looking for:
- A school leaver or recent graduate with ambition and a great attitude
- Some admin or customer service experience in an office environment
- Great organisational and communication skills
