To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Human Resources Knowledge: Demonstrable experience within a human resources function, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Relevant Qualifications: CIPD membership or a comparable credential in Human Resource Management.
  • Excellent Time Management: Ability to juggle competing priorities and meet tight deadlines effectively.
  • Professional Demeanour: A composed, dependable, and confidential approach to sensitive issues.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Capable of building rapport at all levels, demonstrating tact, confidence, and emotional intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Advisor, you will play a central role in supporting the People function, with responsibilities including:

  • Leading recruitment efforts for roles within Business Services, Legal Support, and Trainee Solicitor pathways.
  • Organising and managing graduate internships and work placements for A-level students.
  • Coordinating the firm’s presence at careers fairs and related events.
  • Overseeing the full employee journey in line with the company’s People goals and wider business plans.
