Working closely with the HR Advisor and supporting the broader HR function, you’ll be involved in:
- Coordinating remuneration, benefits, and wellbeing programmes
- Supporting performance management and employee development
- Organising learning and development activities
- Assisting with HR budget tracking and financial processes
- Helping with charity, sports, and social events
- Maintaining HR compliance, systems, and the firm’s intranet
- Handling a wide range of general HR project administration
Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. A creative, intuitive mindset and a proactive attitude.
