An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, highly organised Project / Installations Coordinator to join a successful and growing business in Tunbridge Wells.
About the role The successful candidate will support the coordination of multiple projects, ensuring schedules, contractors and resources are managed efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinating project schedules and daily operations.
Liaising with contractors, suppliers and clients.
Managing changing priorities and project timelines.
Organising resources, deliveries and site visits.
Maintaining accurate project records and documentation.
What we are looking for Previous project coordination or project management experience within high-end residential construction or a closely related sector is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will be:
Exceptionally organised and proactive.
Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines.
An excellent communicator and problem solver.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced in dealing with contractors and site teams.
