We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing team based in Hawkhurst. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term, stable work with the possibility of securing a permanent position.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
  • 30-minute lunch break
  • Free lunch provided every day

The Role

  • Assembling and producing products to required specifications
  • Operating hand tools and production equipment
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained
  • Following work instructions and production schedules
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Supporting the wider production team as required
