Main Duties:
- Transcribing audio dictation and preparing legal paperwork
- Managing incoming phone calls and communicating with clients
- Updating clients regularly and organising meetings
- Inputting details into the Proclaim case management system
- Setting up, maintaining, and archiving client records
- Carrying out property searches to support conveyancing cases
- Helping with tasks linked to the exchange of contracts and property completions
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Friendly, reliable, and works well within a team
- Prior involvement in legal admin or secretarial roles
- Knowledge of the exchange and completion process is a distinct advantage
- Proficient and accurate typist with excellent verbal and written communication
- Tactful, approachable, and takes initiative in their role
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Pay range: £21,000 – £26,000 (pro rata)
- Bi-annual bonuses linked to team/individual performance
