What we are looking for:
- Applications are welcomed from solicitors with approximately 1-4 years PQE, including those who have gained relevant family law experience during their training contract or prior to qualification.
- Experience or exposure within the following areas would be highly desirable:
- Matrimonial finance and divorce matters
- Private children law cases
- Family law injunctions
- TOLATA matters (or a genuine willingness to learn)
- Managing client relationships with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A collaborative approach and desire to develop within a supportive team.
The majority of work will focus on matrimonial finance matters, alongside a varied caseload of private family law work.
