This is an exceptional opportunity for a Graduate Surveyor to join a long-established, financially secure property company with a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties across the UK.

Working directly alongside an experienced Property Director, you\'ll receive hands-on mentoring, structured training and fully funded support towards your RICS APC, giving you everything you need to become a Chartered Surveyor and progress into Asset Management.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Supporting acquisitions and property disposals
  • Assisting with commercial asset management
  • Rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears
  • Property management and liaison with managing agents
  • Assisting with valuations and market research
  • Supporting refurbishment and redevelopment projects
  • Preparing planning applications
  • Liaising with architects, contractors, consultants and solicitors
  • Assisting with lettings and marketing of properties
  • Maintaining property and lease records
  • What we are looking for

The ideal Graduate Surveyor will have

An RICS-accredited degree in Real Estate Management, Building Surveying or a related subject

  • A genuine passion for commercial and residential property
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A commercially minded approach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team
  • A full UK driving licence
  • A commitment to completing the RICS APC and becoming a Chartered Surveyor

Industry experience, internships or a placement year would be advantageous but are not essential.
