An established and friendly property law team in Sevenoaks is growing and now on the lookout for a confident, calm and organised Conveyancing Administrator to support a busy fee earner. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with some experience in conveyancing who’s looking to join a sociable and supportive office environment where development is encouraged.
The Role
- Providing administrative support to a fee earner and their assistant
- Opening, closing and maintaining case files
- Handling land registry and property searches
- Assisting with client instructions and correspondence
- Some light audio dictation
You’ll be a key part of a residential property team of 5, supporting a senior team member. This is a full-time office-based role, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
About You:
- Highly organised with an eye for detail
- 6 months to 1 year+ experience within conveyancing (not suitable for those seeking a training contract)
- Calm and resilient under pressure
- A confident communicator
- Audio Typing skills are desirable.
