A progressive accountancy firm is currently recruiting for an Audit & Accounts Senior to become a key contributor to their growing team. This role entails managing audit assignments, offering support to junior personnel, and engaging regularly with a broad client base. You will take on a varied workload combining both audit and accountancy functions.
Main Duties for the Audit & Accounts Senior Role:
- Planning, carrying out, and finalising audits across a diverse range of industries.
- Taking ownership of audit projects, including control over scheduling, cost management, and team allocation.
- Designing audit strategies tailored to suit the operational and financial nuances of each client.
- Supervising and assessing the output of audit assistants and trainees.
- Providing constructive feedback and coaching to help junior staff progress.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant audit regulations and delivering high-quality work.
- Serving as the main liaison for clients throughout audit engagements.
- Building strong working relationships with clients and keeping them updated throughout the process.

What We’re Looking For:
