About the role
This busy and successful property department is looking for a confident and personable Conveyancer to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold conveyancing
- Residential sales and purchases
- Managing files from instruction through to completion
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and third parties
- Working closely with a supportive and collaborative team
The department already benefits from strong referral relationships and repeat business, so there is no pressure for business development unless desired.
What we are looking for
The ideal Conveyancer will have:
- A minimum of 5 years’ conveyancing experience
- Strong residential property knowledge
