About the company An established law firm with offices in Kent. Private Client is the firm's largest department. Work spans wills, trusts, tax and estate planning. A team-based setting with shared secretarial support and dedicated fee-earner responsibilities. About the role The Private Client Legal Secretary will: Provide day-to-day support to a dedicated fee earner. Work with fellow secretaries to support the wider department. Complete audio typing and general secretarial duties. Handle enquiries and liaise with clients and solicitors. Help keep a varied private client workload organised. What we are looking for Previous experience as a Legal Secretary. Private Client experience is preferred; other legal backgrounds will be considered. Accurate audio typing and strong organisational skills. A professional, approachable manner with clients. Someone who enjoys working collaboratively.
