The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, the successful candidate will learn how to develop new business, build client relationships, recruit candidates and manage a busy temporary recruitment desk. It is varied, commercial and people-focused – ideal for someone who wants responsibility early in their career.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business through telephone sales, email, social media and networking
- Build relationships with clients and understand their recruitment needs
- Interview, assess and match candidates to temporary opportunities
- Manage temporary workers, compliance and ongoing client communication
- Solve problems quickly and take ownership of the recruitment process

More importantly, the successful candidate will be motivated to learn and ready to put the work in.
Benefits
This is a career where strong performance can be rewarded quickly. Monthly commission plus quarterly and annual bonus opportunities. Estimate year one OTE £30-35,000 but completely uncapped. Excellent induction, weekly training and external professional development. Healthcare insurance after three months. Hybrid working opportunities once established. Opportunity to join a nine-day fortnight after six months. There is also free parking, regular staff socials, 20 days' holiday plus bank holidays and approximately three additional days over Christmas.
