Lettings Negotiator – Tunbridge Wells
£25,000 basic | OTE £26,000–£28,000 Year 1 | Career Progression
Are you confident, motivated and great with people? This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and supportive property team in Tunbridge Wells.
As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll conduct viewings, negotiate offers, build relationships with applicants and landlords, and help grow the lettings portfolio.
What we're looking for:
- IDEALLY MUST have worked in lettings previously.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Proactive, organised and motivated approach
- Team player with a drive to achieve targets
- Full UK driving licence and own car – essential

- £25,000 basic salary
- OTE £26,000–£28,000 Year 1, rising to £28,000–£30,000 Year 2
