Do you have exposure within a regulated environment such as a law firm, Financial Services or Accountancy? This is a great opportunity to take on a position that goes beyond general administration. Alongside keeping the office running smoothly, you’ll support client onboarding, ID checks and anti-money laundering procedures, giving you plenty of variety and responsibility.

  • Supporting client onboarding
  • Assisting with identity checks
  • Supporting anti-money laundering (AML) procedures
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Typing and general administration
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies

You’ll be joining a small office, so this is an opportunity to become an important part of a close-knit working environment.

What we are looking for:

  • Have previous experience working within a regulated environment
  • Have strong administration and organisational skills
  • Be confident communicating over the telephone
  • Be comfortable managing a varied workload
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Be happy supporting ID checks, AML procedures and client onboarding
  • Be able to drive due to the office location

What's in it for you:

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm
  • 25 days’ holiday
  • Pension
  • Life assurance
  • On-site parking
  • Varied responsibilities
  • Small, established team environment

There may also be scope for the position to be covered by two part-time people, so experienced administrators looking for part-time hours are encouraged to apply.
