Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm | Office Based
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, highly organised Project / Installations Coordinator to join a successful and growing business in Tunbridge Wells.
About the role The successful candidate will support the coordination of multiple projects, ensuring schedules, contractors and resources are managed efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating project schedules and daily operations.
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers and clients.
- Managing changing priorities and project timelines.
- Organising resources, deliveries and site visits.
- Maintaining accurate project records and documentation.
What we are looking forPrevious project coordination or project management experience within high-end residential construction or a closely related sector is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Exceptionally organised and proactive.
- Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- An excellent communicator and problem solver.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in dealing with contractors and site teams.
