About the Role
The Residential Conveyancing Lawyer will manage a full caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- New builds and shared ownership where applicable
- Title checks, contracts and enquiries
- Building strong relationships with clients and local agents
The Residential Conveyancing Lawyer will have plenty of autonomy while being part of a small, supportive and successful team.
What We're Looking For
The successful Residential Conveyancing Lawyer will be:
- A qualified Solicitor, CILEX or CLC professional
- Ideally 2–10 years' PQE, with flexibility for more senior candidates
- Experienced in independently managing a full residential caseload
- Confident working with high-net-worth clients
- Commercially aware, proactive and highly organised
- An excellent communicator and collaborative team player
