About the role
The Residential Property Conveyancer will join a busy and experienced property department, handling a varied residential caseload.
Typical work will include:
- Freehold transactions
- Leasehold transactions
- Sales and purchases
- General residential conveyancing matters
- Managing transactions efficiently from instruction to completion
- Maintaining excellent client communication
- Working closely with experienced colleagues and support staff
- Managing deadlines within a busy property environment
There is already a strong flow of work, so business development is not a major requirement of the position.
