A well-established law firm in Ashford is looking for an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to join its sociable and supportive team.

The role: You'll primarily provide 1:1 support to a Solicitor within Private Client, while also assisting the wider team when required. Your responsibilities will include:
- Audio typing and dictation
- Preparing correspondence and documentation
- Answering calls and fielding client enquiries
- General file and administrative support
- Supporting the wider Private Client team when required
About you: Ideally, you'll have at least 12 months' experience working as a Legal Secretary, with previous Private Client experience highly desirable. You'll be organised, approachable and comfortable providing high-quality support within a busy legal environment.
Hours: Full time, approximately 9:00am – 5:15pm
Location: Ashford
Salary: £25,000 – £27,500 DOE
