We're looking for an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to join our high-performing Portfolio Management team. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering strategic property outcomes for a diverse range of FTSE-listed and global clients across the UK's industrial and logistics market. Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Portfolio Management team to manage the property portfolios of major industrial occupiers
- Support and negotiate new leases, renewals, rent reviews, and other lease events across the UK
- Oversee the management, maintenance, and reporting of key client property data
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and portfolio reviews
- Manage the lease lifecycle from acquisition through to lease expiry, dilapidations, and exit negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, agents, occupiers, and internal stakeholders
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years' experience in commercial or industrial property, portfolio management, or corporate real estate
- Strong understanding of commercial lease structures and property fundamentals
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both senior executives and operational teams
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- MRICS qualification (or working towards it) preferred but not essential
