Role Overview: We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Project Manager/Senior Project Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll be building strong relationships with internal TMX teams, key stakeholders, and vendors; driving impactful project outcomes that make a real difference for both our clients and TMX. Key Responsibilities:
- Program & Project Management
- Develop and manage construction programs.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including Directors, project managers, and external partners.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables through strong oversight, resourcing and quality control.
- Project Delivery
- Oversee project documentation, tendering, and management of developers, contractors, and consultants.
- Management of contracts to be all forms.
- Management of contracts on behalf of, including consultants, contractors and fit out contractors.
- Maintain and monitor quality control measures across projects.
- Design management in accordance with project requirements documents in line with expectations.
- Create project management plans and milestones, ensuring optimal delivery timelines.
- The timely provision of necessary project reports to clients and Project Directors.
- Engage senior stakeholders to align on project deliverables and requirements.
- Financial Management
- Timely and accurate forecasting of work to be undertaken.
- Effective allocation and time management of resources to balance workload with capacity.
- Client Specific Responsibilities
- Collaborate with site teams to develop strategies, interim solutions, and funding plans.
- Oversee budget development, scheduling, and contracting strategies.
- Manage design contracting and oversee development to IFC E2E Programmatic consultation and support.
- Document management throughout design phases.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Construction experience, preferably on site with builder in a management capacity.
- Degree in Engineering, Project/Construction Management, Architecture, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred.
- Proven experience in managing complex industrial and/or commercial facilities.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, with experience managing architects and engineers.
- Exposure to property development or data centre projects is desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and MS Project.
