As a MarTech Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative marketing technology solutions that enhance customer engagement, personalization, and digital experience. You will work closely with clients to assess their marketing technology needs, recommend best-fit solutions, and support the implementation of cutting-edge MarTech platforms. Responsibilities Client Requirements & Evaluation: Assist in gathering and analysing client requirements to identify suitable marketing technology solutions. Solution Blueprint Development: Contribute to the creation of technical solution blueprints that address client needs while aligning with industry best practices. Implementation Support: Assist in the deployment and integration of marketing technology systems, ensuring smooth connectivity between customer data, content, and analytics platforms. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketers, data analysts, and technical teams to ensure effective project execution and alignment with client goals. Project Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of requirements, design decisions, and implementation processes. Industry Insight: Stay updated on emerging MarTech trends and technologies and contribute ideas for continuous improvement. Whilst you’ll be employed by TMW Unlimited (an affiliate of Accenture Song), you’ll be working day-to-day as part of Accenture Song\’s Martech Team. Please Note: Any offer of employment is subject to satisfactory BPSS checks. Skills and Experience Substantial experience in marketing technology, digital transformation, or a related field. Hands-on experience with one or more leading MarTech platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, etc.). Understanding of marketing data models, analytics, customer journey mapping, and digital campaign execution. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in working within Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies. Certification in a MarTech platform (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce). Experience in customer data management (CDP), segmentation, and marketing analytics. Consulting or agency background with a track record of delivering MarTech projects.
