What You’ll Be Doing
Are you creative, analytically minded, and driven to solve problems? We’re looking for a highly motivated self-starter who’s eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced agency environment. Working closely with the Paid Social Manager and the wider team, you will play a key role in executing campaigns, while also contributing to strategy and planning. You’ll manage a varied portfolio of clients, delivering campaigns with creativity, attention to detail, and a clear focus on achieving impactful results that meet each client’s unique objectives.

Campaign Management
- Create and activate manage paid social campaigns across all major platforms, with a key focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Utilise your experience with Meta Business Manager for account setup, pixel implementation, audience building, and applying these skills across other paid social channels.
Optimisation & Performance
- Monitor performance and continuously optimise campaigns to improve ROI, efficiencies, and client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute A/B testing on audiences, creatives, copy and formats.
- Use data to inform decisions and proactively suggest improvements.
Reporting & Analysis
- Produce regular performance reports for clients and internal teams.
- Analyse campaign data using platform insights, Google Analytics and Excel.
- Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Creative & Collaboration
- Develop expertise in social creative strategy, aligned to platform best practices and audience insight.
- Write or adapt compelling copy that drives attention and clicks.
- Keep up to date with paid social trends, platform updates and new ad formats.
- Work closely with internal teams to brief and develop effective paid social assets.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years’ experience managing paid social campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with activating, managing, and reporting on Paid Social campaigns.
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Confident with analysing data and reporting on performance (Google Analytics, Excel).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Curious, analytical and eager to learn.
- Passionate about paid social, you keep on top of emerging platforms, evolving strategies and industry trends.
- Experience across additional platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn or Pinterest (desirable, not essential).
