You will lead the creative development and delivery of integrated campaigns. This is a hands-on senior role requiring confident client leadership, creative oversight, and the ability to turn complex policy and business objectives into accessible, engaging communication strategies.

You will be working with planners, creatives, PR specialists, social strategists, and content teams to deliver work that genuinely makes a difference to people's lives and livelihoods. This is a 6 month fixed term contract. Please note that this is a hybrid role which for us means a mix of working from home and our office in Soho, London.

What You’ll Do

  • Client Leadership: Lead the day-to-day and strategic management, acting as the senior point of contact and building strong, trusted relationships with government stakeholders.
  • Campaign Strategy & Development: Translate complex business and policy topics into compelling, audience-first communications strategies and oversee the delivery of integrated campaigns.
  • Cross-Agency Collaboration: Work closely with planning, creative, content, production, and TMW Unlimited teams to develop insight-driven, outcome-focused work.
  • Project & Process Management: Manage creative development processes, timelines, approvals, and delivery across multiple workstreams—ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency throughout.
  • Commercial Oversight: Own budgets, resourcing, and performance tracking, contributing to revenue growth and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership & Growth: Provide leadership within the Unlimited Government team, mentoring colleagues, supporting new business activity, and contributing to thought leadership and organic growth.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Proven track record managing key accounts and client relationships, with relevant experience in government clients ideal but not essential.
  • Strategic Insight: Ability to develop and apply strategic insights to create impactful, audience-focused ideas.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills, confident managing senior government clients and internal teams.
  • Project Management: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time.
  • Integrated Campaigns: Expertise in leading creative, content, and social media strategies across multiple channels.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, lead, and mentor teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Problem-Solving: Resourceful and solution-oriented, able to overcome challenges and drive success under pressure with a positive attitude.
