We are looking for an experienced Group Planning lead, who will need to be naturally ambidextrous. With a natural authority in the room, you need to be able to switch effortlessly between business development (leading big, complex global pitches) and bedding in new client opportunities (to ensure we are set up for success and have the right talent and the right approach from day 1). The B2B area of the business is experiencing an influx of new opportunities since we became part of the Accenture Song family a year ago. We are looking to add to the senior team to help ensure we are embracing these new opportunities in the right way and to add even more expertise to our team at senior level.
Responsibilities
- Actively straddle across different departments and agency ways of working.
- Strategic oversight across multiple briefs, accounts and business units.
- Lead the development of new thinking and ideas.
- Identify opportunities for client growth.
- Be a thought leader and contribute to the agency profile.
- Mentor fellow planners, helping them identify opportunities to extend their skills.
- Line management.
