As the Delivery Lead for MarTech Projects, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of marketing technology initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to manage project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. This role bridges the gap between technical delivery and client engagement, ensuring that strategic objectives are met through effective execution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Management:
    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of MarTech projects from inception to completion.
    • Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and track progress against milestones and deliverables.
  2. Team Coordination & Leadership:
    • Manage cross-functional teams, including technical, creative, and client stakeholders.
    • Facilitate regular status meetings, risk assessments, and resolution sessions to ensure project alignment and address challenges promptly.
  3. Client Engagement:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Translate client requirements into actionable project tasks, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  4. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:
    • Implement best practices and quality control measures to ensure successful project outcomes.
    • Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
  5. Budget & Risk Management:
    • Monitor project budgets and timelines, proactively managing risks and mitigating issues that could impact delivery.
    • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership and clients.

Skills and Experience

  1. Proven Track Record:
    • Substantial experience in project management or delivery, focusing on marketing technology projects.
  2. Technical Acumen:
    • Strong understanding of MarTech platforms and digital transformation initiatives (experience with platforms like Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar is a plus).
  3. Leadership & Communication:
    • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse and offshore teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Methodologies & Tools:
    • Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
    • Experience using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana etc).

Other key requirements

  • Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications).
  • Experience managing large-scale digital transformation programs.
  • Prior exposure to consulting in a MarTech or digital agency environment.
