We have an amazing opportunity to join our multi-talented B2B creative team, based in London as a Midweight Designer.

You will create compelling content and campaigns for a range of clients, focussing on one of our key tech clients.

Ideally you will have worked in B2B before and be looking to take on a new challenge at a fast-growing and truly integrated B2B agency.

You’ll have a love for all things design and be just as comfortable creating a product brochure, social assets or PPT as you are assisting on larger creative campaigns. Taking briefs, catching up on client calls and presenting creative are par for the course, so confident presentation skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike are a must.

Ideally, you\’ll have experience in a fast-paced design environment, with a good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and PowerPoint and a genuine passion for B2B design

As part of our dedicated design team, you’ll be organised, detail-orientated, and self-motivated, with a good mind for strategic thinking with creative flair.

The Day to Day…

  • Craft all kinds of B2B content – from brochures, PowerPoints, social posts and everything in between
  • Master brand guidelines and know when to push the creative boundaries
  • Show creative thinking and solid strategic understanding in everything you do
  • Get under the skin of the client’s brand, products, services, and target audience
  • Confidently present your work to internal teams and clients with persuasion

Who will you be?

  • A Designer, with experience of producing effective B2B creative for different channels
  • You’ll have an interest in wider industry trends and how this can help us connect with audiences and innately understand how to design for different channels and audiences
  • Impeccable attention to detail for creative outputs, ensuring approach is consistent, accurate and follows brand guidelines
  • You\’ll love turning complex topics into compelling assets
  • Strong Adobe Suite skills and verbal communication skills
  • Enjoy doing a deep dive to better understand the who, what, and why of every brief
  • You can seamlessly blend creative thinking with creative flair
  • Pride yourself on your craft, attention-to-detail, and originality
  • Work collaboratively with others, always putting as much effort into the little jobs as you do the big ones
  • You’ll be self-motivated, with great organisational skills, not afraid of a deadline and can manage your time effectively
  • Curiosity, confidence, commitment, and the ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Passionate interest in creative underpinned by a strategic mindset
  • A flair for animation and/or an interest in 3D would be a plus
