TMT Finance is seeking an exceptional Global Head of New Business Sales to lead and accelerate the next phase of our global expansion. This role will be central to scaling our commercial success worldwide. This is a senior leadership role with significant impact, responsible for expanding our footprint in key markets, driving subscription revenue growth, and strengthening our position as the trusted provider of intelligence and data to the world's leading digital infrastructure dealmakers.
You will lead and manage a high-performing team of 6–8 new business sales professionals across the US and UK, setting a clear vision, building scalable go-to-market strategies, and embedding best-in-class sales execution across the function. This is a unique opportunity to shape the culture, performance, and commercial direction of our new business function—creating a team environment defined by accountability, energy, collaboration, and excellence.
As part of the senior leadership team, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the business to deliver growth that is measurable, repeatable, and global in scale.
- Sales Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing new business team, creating a culture of accountability, pace, and consistent high performance.
- Revenue & Performance Ownership: Own new business revenue targets and team KPIs, including pipeline health, conversion performance, and forecasting accuracy.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and execute international go-to-market strategies to drive new client acquisition across priority regions and segments.
- Talent Development & Coaching: Recruit, coach, and mentor sales talent, strengthening capability across the team and building a long-term, scalable growth engine.
- Client & Market Representation: Represent TMT Finance across global industry events, high-value client meetings, and key commercial conversations, strengthening market presence and credibility.
- Sales Excellence & Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in sales methodologies, performance discipline, and Salesforce usage to ensure repeatable, best-in-class execution.
Extensive background in B2B subscription sales, with 5+ years in a leadership role, driving consistent performance against ambitious revenue targets. Proven track record of building, scaling, and leading new business teams, with strong evidence of coaching, development, and sustained high performance. Demonstrated experience selling into the investment community, including investment banks, private equity, and advisory firms, with a deep understanding of their workflows and commercial priorities. Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with the ability to negotiate complex, high-value deals and close long-term, multi-stakeholder relationships. Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM tools and a strong understanding of pipeline discipline, forecasting, and performance reporting within a high-growth environment. Hands-on, performance-driven leader with the ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution and deal leadership. Driven by continuous improvement, bringing structure, discipline, and best practice to sales processes and team performance.
Flexible Working: Hybrid model: 3 days in our Central London office (Tues–Thurs), 2 days remote.
