You’ll work closely with and be mentored by your Senior Account Director to grow your experience and drive excellent results for our clients.

You may be involved in creative retail, adiClub or event toolkits for adidas, creative assets for Vue, or brand partnership briefs that drive sales for Samsung.

What You Will Bring to the Agency

  • Create and build relationships with key client partners across all accounts, acting as an extension of their own team.
  • Be highly proactive and take responsibility for campaign and project execution.
  • Deliver project areas independently in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring delivery is on time and within budget.
  • Manage client expectations around timings, budgets, resources, change requests and feedback.
  • Collaborate effectively across agency and client departments (legal, operations, production, creative, digital, etc.).
  • Multitask, balance priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Provide timely project status information and contact reports for the Senior Account Director and wider team.
  • Update resource managers and team members to enable effective internal resource management.
  • Understand what makes a good creative brief and communicate client objectives, brand guidelines and strategic thinking to creative teams.
  • Work with strategists, designers, motion graphics, and production teams to deliver high‑quality creative outputs.
  • Show appetite to broaden experience beyond day‑to‑day tasks.
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail.

The All‑Important Numbers Bit

  • Show an aptitude for understanding overall budgets and agency financial processes and work with the Senior Account Director and internal teams to prepare relevant budgets.
  • Manage key financial processes that ensure project profitability – track hours vs. estimates, liaise with commercial finance for client POs, invoicing, forecasts, and third‑party costs.

Brand Partnerships

  • Understand what makes an effective brand partnership and key processes required to deliver it (negotiation, legal, campaign management).
  • Support the Partnership team with day‑to‑day delivery as needed.
  • Keep partner offerings and client programmes fresh and market‑leading by working closely with the brand partnerships team and external partners.

Skills And Experience We’d Like You To Have

  • Solid agency‑side account management experience.
  • Strong creative and critical thinking skills with a demonstrable track record.
  • Ability to understand complex business objectives and communicate intelligence and strategy effectively.
  • Strong relationship, time, and project management skills.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Great writing and presentation skills.
  • Clear, confident, logical reasoning.
  • Proven success in delivering high‑quality brand partnership campaigns is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Retail, Fashion/Fitness/Sports/Lifestyle, Food & Beverage or Technology clients is beneficial.
  • Personal interest in fitness and sport is beneficial.
  • Experience developing promotions or working with loyalty programmes is beneficial.
