tms is seeking an EU People Operations Manager to lead and scale People Operations across Europe. The role reports to the Global People Operations Director and supervises two direct reports, with a hybrid London-based setup and travel to other locations as required.
You will own payroll, pensions, onboarding, immigration, HRIS (SuccessFactors) and compliance, ensuring data integrity and a proactive, process-driven service across the region.
