We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager for a fast-growing European AgTech company that’s transforming how farmers manage livestock. With strong roots in Norway and early traction in the UK, the company is expanding its presence and building out its UK team from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join early and help shape how farmers across the country adopt and benefit from their innovative, hardware-enabled software solution for virtual fencing and modern livestock management.
About the Role
As the first Customer Success hire in the UK, you'll play a key role in helping farmers succeed with a product that’s changing how grazing and boundaries are managed - no more physical fences. You’ll be the trusted guide for new and existing customers, ensuring they get value from the product and feel supported every step of the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Onboard and train new customers, helping them integrate the solution into their daily routines
- Build strong, long-term relationships with farmers and act as their go-to contact
- Proactively check in to ensure customer success and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Collaborate with the product and technical teams to solve challenges using real-time data
- Represent the company at demo days, meetings, and industry events across the UK
- Provide feedback to help shape product development and the broader customer experience
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience in customer-facing roles (success, support, sales, or service)
- Understands farming or rural life - bonus if you’ve worked with cattle
- Is a clear, practical communicator who builds trust easily
- Is independent, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely
- Can explain technology in a clear, down-to-earth way
- Holds a full UK driving licence and is happy to travel regularly
What’s in It for You:
- Competitive salary and all travel expenses covered
- The chance to join early and play a key role in building the UK presence
- A collaborative, low-hierarchy team culture
- Learning opportunities across both customer success and commercial areas
- Regular travel to Norway to connect with the wider team and learn from product and engineering
If you’re excited about helping farmers adopt innovative technology and want to be part of a company that’s reshaping livestock management, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now and help bring the future of farming to life.
