Their extensive product range includes Skincare, Haircare, Bath & Body, Fine Fragrance, and Home Fragrance. At the heart of the company is a state-of-the-art production facility in East Anglia, manufacturing over 15 million units annually from a 120,000 sq. ft. site. About the Role
This newly created position has been established due to ongoing growth across the group’s portfolio of companies. The group operates across the full product lifecycle—from design and development through to manufacturing and logistics—with clients ranging from major retail brands to e-commerce platforms. While prior experience in the health and beauty sector is not essential, familiarity with group structures and intercompany transactions would be advantageous. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with both the finance team and senior management, so strong communication and relationship-building skills are key. This is a varied and hands-on role with real opportunity for progression as the group continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts and group consolidations
- Develop and enhance existing Management Information for improved KPI and trend analysis
- Maintain the fixed asset register
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Report financial performance against budgets and provide supporting analysis
- Assist with intercompany charge calculations
- Support the sales and purchase ledger teams
- Complete VAT returns
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to the Group Financial Controller
Skills & Experience Required
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
- Proven experience in a Management Accounting role
- Knowledge of Sage 50
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
