Location: Near Great Yarmouth, Norfolk (field-based with workshop work in quieter months)

Package: Excellent salary + van + laptop/phone + training

We’re looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to support our client’s customers across the agricultural machinery sector, with a strong focus on self-propelled and trailed crop sprayers. Most of your time will be spent in the field, with workshop and production support during quieter periods.

What you’ll do:

  • Diagnose, service and repair crop sprayers and agricultural machinery
  • Handle routine maintenance, breakdowns and field-based repairs
  • Provide remote technical support and customer troubleshooting
  • Support machine installs, commissioning and operator training
  • Carry out workshop repairs, diagnostics and machine prep when required
  • Maintain accurate service records and high safety standards

What you’ll need:

  • Strong mechanical/electrical/hydraulic skills
  • Experience in agricultural, plant, HGV or similar machinery
  • Confident with customers and remote diagnosis
  • Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently
  • CANbus, GPS or sprayer experience is a bonus (training provided)
  • Welding/fabrication skills desirable
