TMS, a well-established and successful company, is looking for a highly professional Weekend Receptionist to join our team at the Kia Loughborough dealership.

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for our customers, your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer care. You’ll take the time to engage with visitors, creating a positive and welcoming experience while ensuring a smooth handover to the appropriate sales or service team member.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate staff member and offer refreshments.
  • Handle telephone enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organised customer-facing environment.
  • Carry out general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the dealership.
