We are now looking for a dedicated and experienced
Valeter & Team Leader to join our team and lead our valeting operations.
The Role
As Valeter & Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring all vehicles are cleaned and presented to the highest standards, while also managing a small team of valeters.
This is a hands‑on role that combines leadership with operational duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the valeting team
- Ensure all vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to showroom standards
- Manage workflow and allocate tasks efficiently
- Conduct quality checks and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Liaise with sales, service and rental departments to coordinate vehicle preparation
- Train and mentor new team members
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning materials and equipment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in vehicle valeting (essential)
- Leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high‑quality work
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively Full UK driving licence (essential)
- A proactive, can‑do attitude and team spirit
