We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The Laborer will perform various tasks that require physical strength and endurance, including manual labor, assistance in construction, maintenance, and other activities as directed. The ideal candidate should be able to follow instructions, work well in a team, and maintain a high level of safety and efficiency.
Pay: Starts at $21/hr
Schedule: 8hr shift Monday thru Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Manual Labor: Execute tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment.
- Assist in Construction and Maintenance: Support construction projects by digging, mixing, and transporting materials, as well as assisting skilled tradespeople.
- Operate Tools and Machinery: Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively as needed.
- Follow Safety Procedures: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep work areas clean and organized, including the proper disposal of waste materials.
- Load and Unload Materials: Handle and transport materials to and from job sites as required.
- Perform General Labor Tasks: Carry out various tasks as assigned by supervisors, which may include minor repairs, painting, or landscaping.
- Assist in Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by setting up equipment and materials as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a laborer or similar role is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
